If you have any queries regarding shipping, or are needing Express Post, email us at warranty@vestalwatch.com.au and quote your order number.

We ship all orders via Australia Post with tracking. All orders are shipped out the following business day after the order was made. Orders received over the weekend will ship the first business day of the following week. Please allow a little extra shipping time during the holidays. We don't ship internationally. 

RETURNS

Vestal will exchange orders within 7 days from the date of purchase. There is no exchange or refund on sale items. Please make sure you choose your product carefully as we do not offer a refund for an incorrect choice, in this instance we are happy to offer a credit.

All items must be in new and unused condition and must be sent back with all original packaging and contents. Please email warranty@vestalwatch.com.au so we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions for your return. All returns must be sent back to us with this Return Authorization Number for accurate tracking. Shipping charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for paying shipping charges to return items for a refund.
